This 40 m² air-conditioned T2 apartment with mezzanine and 20 m² garden terrace is ideally located in a quiet pine forest setting.
There is no private parking in the residence for this apartment, but you can park in the street next door or in the free parking lot 70 m away.

The air-conditioned mezzanine comprises a bunk bed with two 90cm beds and a single 90cm bed. A BZ is also available.
The loggia includes a fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 1.80cm fridge and top fridge, microwave, traditional oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, Senseo, Nespresso, 3 gas hobs and an electric hob.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: 10€ per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 75 euros. Cleaning NOT carried out ("surprise" cleaning) or poorly carried out, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip will be offered on the agency's catamaran.
