This residence is made up of small semi-detached villas that are either single-storey or, in some cases, one-storey.
Situated in the heart of the pine forest, you'll be able to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, yet close to everything.
Just a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path through the pine forest. You'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagents/tobacconist, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants and straw huts.
Also on the beach, you'll find everything you need for water sports, including jet-skiing, towed buoys, banana boats and pedalos.
The port center is a 15-minute walk away.

Well-maintained and well-equipped, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and storage closet.

Bright, well-exposed living room, open kitchen fully renovated in 2019 (microwave, 1 induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, barbecue, filter coffee maker).
On the mezzanine you'll find a TV and a 160cm bed.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.
