The beautiful villa is spread over two floors and with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of space for a comfortable vacation with one or two families. In the cozy living areas you can relax on the sofas and end the day with a board game or an evening watching TV. Since there are several living areas at your disposal here, you will always find a quiet place to relax.
On hot summer days you can easily relax at the beautiful pool of the house and refresh yourself in the water from time to time. The outdoor areas and terraces around the house are beautifully overgrown and partly equipped with garden furniture. Thanks to a brick barbecue you can prepare delicious grilled dishes for family or friends.
Only about 1 km from the house the sea and the sandy beach await you - ideal for a vacation with long days at the sea and your feet in the sand. Active vacationers can keep fit on the tennis court nearby. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a restaurant only about 1 km away.
