Roma Nou is indeed a classic example of an elegant and stylish, stone villa and sits in open countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. It's just a short drive to the many amenities of both, with several good restaurants, shops and weekly markets in easy reach. There are also some beautiful beaches around the area, in Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, whilst a little further on, the seemingly endless beaches of Alcudia stretch onwards to Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. The gardens of this lovely villa are laid mainly to lawn with shrubs and trees all around to provide seclusion and privacy when taking in the sun or splashing in the welcoming, cool waters of the swimming pool.
