On the ground floor of a quiet residence 250 m from the Etang de Thau and the beach, fully renovated studio cabin. The 28 m² apartment comprises an air-conditioned living room, with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob) opening onto the living room, a dining area and a relaxation area with a 160 cm BZ sofa bed + TV + WIFI, all giving access to a fully enclosed paved garden. Garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs for sunbathing. A separate bedroom with 2 80 cm beds that can easily be converted into a 160 cm bed. A private parking space in front of the [hidden] with direct access to the MEZE beach.
Pets are not allowed - NON SMOKING accommodation - Household linen not supplied.
During the heating season, you will be asked to pay extra for your consumption during your stay.
