In a quiet residential area, we offer you a beautiful house with reversible air conditioning of 110 square meters to discover in Parentis-en-Born. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can cycle ( 2km ) to the town center to do your shopping, drink a coffee on the terrace or discover our beautiful Landes evenings, but also, discover our bike paths and go to the lake to boat, paddle or have fun at the Aqua loisirs. You're also 22km from Biscarrosse plage and 32km from Mimizan plage for surfing lessons. The house comprises an entrance hall with cupboards leading to the living room. This has a TV (no WIFI, but you can rent a box) and a large table for enjoying your meals. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and American-style refrigerator. For added convenience, a pantry adjoins the kitchen. Three bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, can accommodate up to 6 people. For added privacy, one of the bedrooms has its own shower room. For the others, a bathroom is available, with a separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, a garden surrounds the house, and a large west-facing terrace lets you enjoy meals and warm weather. Sun loungers, outdoor tables and a barbecue are also available. A garage and parking space are also available. A sunny vacation awaits you!
