On the first floor, the gîte du Fort has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, three further bedrooms are available, each with access to the terrace. The first suite has a 160x200 bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate WC. The other two bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds and share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating and wood-burning stove in winter.
Outside terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and view of the owners' château. Private heated (mid-May to end-September) chlorine pool (4mx8m), 1.50m deep, secured by roller shutter and alarm. Pool towels provided. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, potty. On the edge of the D703 between Vitrac and La Roque-Gageac, a village classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" in the heart of Périgord Noir, close to numerous tourist sites such as the bastide town of Domme, the medieval city of Sarlat, the Château de Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud and the Château des Milandes, the Gîte du Fort will be the ideal place for your next vacation. Set in 7 hectares of wooded parkland, you'll be right on the banks of the Dordogne, with privileged access straight down to the river.
