In Capbreton, pleasant apartment on the 1st floor of a residence. You'll enjoy a large living room opening onto a sheltered balcony with barbecue, as well as a beautiful open kitchen, fully renovated and fully equipped. A Dolce Gusto coffee maker is also included. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the rugby field, and another bedroom on the mezzanine level with two single beds (90cm). A bright, modern bathroom completes the accommodation.
A private parking space completes the apartment.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
