Beautiful 69 m² air-conditioned apartment on the raised garden level of a luxury residence on the banks of the Etang de Thau.
Large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and lounge area with TV sofa +WIFI, all opening onto a lovely 20 m² terrace overlooking the pond and the residence's garden.
The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms with 1 180 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds that can be moved closer together. ( 1 cot). Separate bathroom and toilet.
A private parking space within the residence. Elevator.
Direct access to the beach, port and shops of MEZE.
Ideal location for vacations with family or friends.
No pets allowed. NON SMOKING accommodation. Linen not supplied.
During the heating season, a supplement of 35 € / week will be asked for your consumption during your stay, to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
Parties are not allowed in the property.
