Excellent villa for rent in the Costa Brava Golf Urbanization, to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.
The Villa is located in an idyllic setting easily accessible to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, The accommodation is located 7 km from the beach.
Villa with private pool and a fantastic view of the golf course, has on the main floor of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, living room and dining area, from the living room we have access to the terrace where we find table and chairs for lunch and a sofa area. on the first floor it has 3 bedrooms (a suite with double bed and bathroom with bath and shower, a room with double bed, a room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath. On the -1 floor at the same pool level has a covered terrace with table and chairs, chill-out area and barbecue.
The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
