On the 1st floor of a luxury residence just a stone's throw from the beach, sailing school and port of MEZE, lovely, comfortable apartment tastefully decorated.
Air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer), lounge with 140 cm sofa bed + TV + WIFI and dining area. All opening onto a lovely terrace. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds-a bathroom. Separate toilet. Private parking space in the basement.
