Small, fully-equipped bungalow for 6 people in residence with communal pool (opening subject to government and prefectoral decisions).

Located a stone's throw from the beach, market (Tuesdays and Fridays) and shops, well-maintained residence with excellent amenities, including community pool open from 15/06 to 15/10 subject to government and prefectoral decisions, tennis court and boules court.
Just 100m from the Art beach, this pretty bungalow comprises :
A living room with BZ sofa and TV, a fully-equipped kitchenette (TOP fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, 2-burner electric hob, etc.) Renovation of the kitchen in 2023.
A ground-floor bedroom with a pull-out bed (possibility of a 90cm or double bed).
Bathroom renovated in 2024 (shower) with washing machine. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with 140cm bed.
Outside: small enclosed private garden (approx. 30m2) - Terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.

The house is very small, for 4 people not for 6. There are only 4 chairs outside and a very small table. 3 chairs inside, in very bad condition, we did not dare to use them for fear of ending up on the floor. In the bedroom, it's a trundle bed that once deployed, blocks the entrance to the room. I've been to this residence 7 times in 20 years, for the same price or even less I've had 10 times better.... Fortunately, we love St Cyprien. The reception at the agency on our arrival was very friendly and efficient, as was the telephone reception. Thank you!
