Nice and cozy apartment very bright just 4 minutes walk from the beach of fine white sand and crystal clear waters located in a quiet residential complex with communal pool. It has a terrace ideal for breakfast and outdoor dining with pleasant views of the pool and garden. It has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, bathroom, kitchenette, large living room with air conditioning, has internet Fiber optic 300 mb and satellite TV / Smart TV. Thanks to the excellent location of the apartment, you will find stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The apartment is perfect for couples, friends or families with children as the beach is shallow and quite far from the shore, it is ideal for relaxing enjoying the sea views, lying on the sand, playing with the children and cooling off in the sea or take a long walk along the beach. A perfect place to spend your vacations in Mallorca.
For families with children a crib, highchair, safety barrier and baby bathtub (totally free of charge) are available on request (swimming pool open from May to October). For the collection and delivery of the key, the apartment has a safety box with code, which will be provided to you by e-mail. Reception by the owner. Free parking is available on the premises. For any incident, I am always available to help you in everything you may need during your stay.
Located a few meters from the beach of Puerto de Alcudia, is a true paradise of crystal clear waters, white sand and has a large extension of more than 7 km along the coast, so you can not only sunbathe or swim, but also take long walks admiring the sunset, as well as walk to the Port of Alcudia, with its beautiful boats and its lively shopping and nightlife.
We recommend you to visit the old town of Alcudia center at 2 km, church, Roman wall surrounding the village. Tuesday and Sunday there is a market. It is also ideal for cycling, and any sport, the Hidropark (water park) at 3 km. If you like nature, you are next to the biggest natural park of the island, Parc Natural de S'Albufera is at 2,9 km. You will also find numerous hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix... A perfect place to spend your vacations in Mallorca.
For its location, just a few steps away you have Taxi, rent a car, bicycle rental, also has several public transport stops, and playgrounds.
To bear in mind:
* In the Balearic Islands an Ecotasa of 2,2€ per person/night is charged. Children under 16 years do not pay this tax, on arrival at the accommodation will be paid to the owner in cash.
* The celebration of events and parties is not allowed in the property.
* Pets are not allowed in the property.
* At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner (Security deposit: 300 euros).
* Towels, bed linen, beach towels, and in the bathroom shower gel and shampoo are provided.
* Guests must show a valid identity document at check-in.
