Located in the heart of Parentis en Born, in a quiet neighborhood, we offer this 90 m² air-conditioned house. You're also just 1.5km from Parentis-en-Born town center, with its restaurants and market. Ideal for a weekend or longer stay with family or friends. The house has a pleasant living room with TV (no WIFI, but you can rent a box) and a 160 cm sofa bed. A fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and storage space. Finally, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the layout. Outside, you'll find a garden where you can enjoy your meals in fine weather. There's plenty of parking and, if you like, you can cycle to the lake to relax, go paddling, enjoy aqua leisure activities or admire the sunset. You can also go downtown to do your shopping or enjoy a coffee on the terrace.
