Ground floor: kitchen, dining room and living room with 120 cm diagonal OLED flat-screen TV.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 3 x 90 cm beds, shower room and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove (€45/stove). Tumble-dryer. Cleaning charge: €60 (included at weekends). Linen rental 5 €/pers. Wifi access. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bathtub, deckchair, playpen).
Pets: 20 €/ pet/stay.
Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity free (meter reading on arrival and departure). Surplus to be paid to owner: invoiced according to actual consumption.
