Fantastic, modern and sophisticated family villa offering a high standard. The architecture of the house is elegantly designed as well as bright and spacious. It is located just 100 meters from the sandy beach 'Els Molins'.
Villa Amanda consists of two levels, on the ground floor we find a spacious living room with direct access to the garden, a spectacular fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The upper floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (including 2 en suite). One of these bedrooms is characterized by its size, it houses a round bathtub and a shower and from there you access a large terrace with beautiful views.

You can also relax with a drink at the beach bar and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Dénia, named 'Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO', has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.
