Le repère de Léo" is located in Giraudon, a hamlet perched on a mountainside. This recently-renovated family home will provide the perfect setting for a fabulous vacation, whether you're a couple or a family! Here, nature surrounds you, and will undoubtedly dazzle you in every season!
From the gîte: a wide range of hikes for all levels, nature observation and discovery.
A little further afield: discover the Loire Valley, supervised swimming beaches, a variety of water sports, the Corboeuf ravine and its unique landscapes, numerous shops 10 minutes away by car.
A little further afield: discover the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, the village of Polignac, the town of Yssingeaux and its famous Thursday morning market, the Mezenc plateau... The house is set in grounds of approx. 1,500 sq.m., and has two terraces, one facing east, the other west. The main living area, equipped with a wood-burning stove, comprises a kitchen, living room and sitting area, and WC.
Upstairs, a landing has been converted into a sitting area: library leading to a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with a single bed (90cm), a shower room and WC.
All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the duration of the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the sanitary facilities must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if there is a large excess, it will be paid on the spot to the owners.
