The gite is a detached old house. Ground floor (1 step to access bedrooms): living room with fitted kitchen and mezzanine lounge (TV and Chromecast, 2 convertible double sofas). Ground floor: bedroom (1 double bed 180 x 200 cm, separable), bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet, second separate toilet. Upstairs: bedroom (1 x 180 x 200 cm double bed and 1 x 90 x 190 cm single bed), bedroom (2 x 140 x 190 cm double bed), bathroom (whirlpool bath) with toilet. Central heating included. Optional extras: cleaning, bed linen, towels. Enclosed garden with trees 300 m² with right of way (second house nearby). Bicycle or motorcycle shelter. Basketball basket, ping-pong table, pétanque, molki and skittles. Horse riding organized every Sunday or by reservation, individual lessons available, courses during school vacations. If you're a fan of horses and forest rides, this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Bourse national forest, the gite faces the owners' equestrian center. You'll be able to enjoy horse-riding for leisure or sport, as you wish, as well as strolling along the many hiking trails on site and joining the greenway 3 km away, or taking advantage of the Le Mêle sur Sarthe leisure center 5 km away (free supervised beach, mini golf, games, pedal boats, etc.). The gite and its setting at the heart of the equestrian center are not suitable for large parties. If you're planning a hen party or other event, you'll find other, more suitable structures.

Your host:
Elsa and Thomas left the Paris region 10 years ago to settle in this former equestrian farm and create a 24-hectare center entirely dedicated to outdoor riding. Open to all, the equestrian center is certified by the Fédération Française d'Equitation, Centre de Tourisme Equestre and Tourisme et Handicap (the gite is not accessible for PRM). Elsa has a state diploma in psychomotricity and practises therapy with horses. We offer a wide range of activities throughout the year: rides, courses, lessons and excursions.
