The Finca has a large plot with a wooded area, located in a quiet area just 15 minutes from the beach.

On the ground floor: hall, living room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, spiral staircase that gives access to the first floor, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a room with two single beds, a room with billiards, and two more rooms with two single beds,
On the first floor: 1 room with four single beds, a room with two single beds and inside this we find a toilet and the door that gives access to another room with two beds.
The property has air conditioning in the dining room, in the games room, in the kitchen, in 1 room on the ground floor and in 1 room on the 1st floor.
You can park on the property, there are some areas of the property such as the garages that are closed, they cannot be used by tenants.
The farm is only closed on the front.
Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not accepted.
It is absolutely forbidden to barbecue due to the risk of fire.
The tourist tax will be charged, one euro per person per day, only for the first 7 days.Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.Key delivery and collection will take place at our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
