This 3-star-rated villa lives up to its name. It can accommodate up to 6 people for your vacations or short breaks. Freshly renovated, it offers on one level: a living room with decorative fireplace (smart tv connected wifi flat screen - tnt and internet) opening onto terrace and garden at the front of the house, a kitchen opening onto garden at the back, three bedrooms (140x2 and 90x2), a shower room with Italian shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail, separate wc.
The 600 m² garden is fully enclosed, pleasant and planted with trees, and offers the possibility of parking on the plot.
Just 480 m from the Nauzan beach and its lovely conch, the cycle path and the customs trail. Saint-Palais town center is 1.5 km away.
