Beautiful house with approx. 150m2 living space on 3 levels, decorated in a "seaside" style. Comprising garden-level lounge/recreation area, bedroom (90x190cm bed) with en-suite shower room, second bedroom (140x190cm bed) with access to the garden, en-suite shower room and separate toilet. 1st floor: living room (TV/WIFI) with fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area, bedroom (bed 180X200cm/TV), shower room and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor (spiral staircase/railway) a children's area (TV), a bedroom (bed 140X190cm).
A garden with large wooden terraces: one on the north-west side with a high table under a pergola and a gas plancha, and one on the south-east side with garden furniture... Free parking in front of the house (very residential area).
Linen not provided, possibility of renting through agency: 1 pack (sheets and towels) 140/160 = 41€ per week.
