First floor: Living room with kitchenette and sitting area with Wifi internet connection. Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 40m² bedroom with 2 x 140cm beds and 1 x 90cm bed. Separate WC. No heating. Unenclosed grounds of 500 m2 shared with the other gîte. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Motorcycle parking: we can accommodate up to 3 motorcycles in a garage shared by the 2 gites (please ask the owner beforehand). Linen, towels, sheets (beds made up on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning included. No heating. Old restored house located in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin overlooking lush green countryside and forest (game, roe deer, wild boar, stag bellowing...) and situated in a very quiet hamlet close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme "La Venise du Périgord", Puyguilhem castle, Villars caves, Jumilhac le Grand castle... Don't forget gastronomy and local farmers' markets! For fishing enthusiasts, trout fishing is available in the Dronne river and in the ponds of St Estèphe, St Saud Lacoussière... Bicycle hire 5 km away. Swimming in the Grand Etang de St Estèphe 20 km away and swimming pool at St Martial de Valette (Centre Aquative L'Ovive) 10 km away.
