Living room with fireplace and Wifi internet connection. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Oil-fired central heating. Unenclosed grounds of 500 m2 shared with the other gîte. Covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Motorcycle parking: we can accommodate up to 3 motorcycles in a garage shared by the 2 gites (please ask the owner beforehand). Linen, towels, sheets (beds made up on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning, wood for occasional fires included. Heating 11€/day. Traditionally renovated old farmhouse on a hilltop with unobstructed views over beautiful green countryside and forest (game, roe deer, wild boar, stag bellowing...) and located in a very quiet hamlet close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme "La Venise du Périgord", Puyguilhem castle, Villars caves, Jumilhac le Grand castle... Don't forget gastronomy and local farmers' markets! For fishing enthusiasts, trout fishing is available in the Dronne river and in the ponds of St Estèphe, St Saud Lacoussière... Bicycle hire 5 km away. Swimming in the Grand Etang de St Estèphe 20 km away and swimming pool at St Martial de Valette (Centre Aquative L'Ovive) 10 km away.
