My Home Connexion offers you this lovely 1930s house for rent, renovated to bring it up to date. Just 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint Rémy de Provence and close to Avignon and its activities (Avignon Festival, Popes' Palace, museums, ramparts...), here you are in your vacation home. The house comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large living room with dining area, air-conditioned lounge and open, fully-equipped kitchen. We then enter the first double bedroom, which has direct access to the outside, and a separate shower room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. On the night side: a second shower room with shower and double washbasin opens onto the entrance hall, and finally an air-conditioned corridor with separate WC connects the three other bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, and one with two double beds. We finish our visit outside, where you can lounge on the terrace by the pool, sipping a cool drink in the shade of the magnificent plane tree, or play a game of pétanque with friends or family, with the song of the cicadas in the background. There's no doubt you've arrived in Provence. A little extra for the kids: a playhouse at the bottom of the garden where they can let their imaginations run wild! And a little extra for the grown-ups: a large parking lot with space for 4 cars.
Outdoor amenities: Large private enclosed parking lot, badminton, darts, aqua volleyball, petanque court...
Final cleaning 250€.
A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Optional household linen and pool towels 226.80 Euros / week - intermediate cleaning and linen change at the tenant's expense 124.80€. In April/May and June, bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
Tourist tax not included (4.58€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, prior to arrival.

A wide avenue leads to the heart of the village, to the main square shaded by tall plane trees, where you'll find a few shops, the church, the school and the town hall.
