A few green hills from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, in the Urrugne countryside, a beautiful single-storey house awaits you. Just park in front (gated parking) and before you take your suitcases downstairs, come and have a look around! An enclosed, flower-filled garden will delight everyone, but it may not be as popular as the swimming pool (perfectly secure and heated) with its waterfall! As you enter the house, you'll discover the lounge and dining area (air-conditioned room) opening onto a balcony. Take your time, lean against the railing and admire the sublime view over the rolling countryside! The open kitchen is perfectly equipped and spacious. On the night side, 3 bedrooms. A master suite (160x200 bed) overlooking the pool, with en-suite shower room. A bedroom on the sunny side, with a 140x200 bed. Finally, still on the sunrise side, a bedroom with pull-out beds (90x200 each). These rooms share a large bathroom.
