Sea resort in the exceptional natural heritage, Lacanau benefits from a situation favored between ocean, lake and forest. Its nature and its protected environment, the wild beauty of lakes and ponds, natural reserves, 200km of bicycle paths, pedestrian paths, 3 golfs of which one 18 holes international ...Pedestrian residence "Les Maison de la Forêt III". Nice little semi-detached house 27 sqm for 4 people, entirely renovated, located at the top of the Aubarède dune under the pine trees. Quick access to the beaches and centre of the resort via cycle paths or footpaths. The main room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, serves as a living/dining room. It opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture through a bay window. The sleeping spaces are divided between a cabin area with a 130 cm sofa bed under a 90 cm mezzanine bed, and a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed in the living room. The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space is reserved for you at the entrance of the residence. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants, surf schools and ice cream parlour at about 2 km, the golf course at 2 km and the lake at 5 km (REF 00092).
