Your apartment is located in a villa occupied by the owners, a true haven of peace, in Roses in one of the most popular areas, a few minutes by car from the city center (2.5 km) and all amenities. The villa consists of two independent apartments.

A pleasant, friendly space, ideally located to enjoy the sea view and access a private terrace without Vis-à-vis, with a unique panorama facing the sea where you can enjoy your breakfast in privacy or have your lunch or dinner in the evening facing the illuminated bay! A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 Cm), closet, open to the azure blue of the Mediterranean through three windows.
