"Nyumbani": this sweet home (translated from Swahili) is designed for unforgettable vacations, combining cosy ambience, exceptional location, and premium amenities. Enjoy a sauna and Jacuzzi session before relaxing on the 100m² solarium (terrace with table soccer and ping-pong table in summer). - on the terrace: 1 semi-buried jacuzzi on the front of the chalet, facing west
1st floor: on a large level of over 80m² articulated around a central staircase linking the 3 floors
- 1 entrance with separate toilet and checkroom
- 1 living area with sofa opening onto a kitchen with central island
- 1 cocooning area with fireplace
- 1 dining area with cathedral ceiling opening onto west-facing balcony with large picture windows and dominant view of the Mont Chery estate. Well-equipped kitchen, office area
- 1 huge east/south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and Sonos-controlled outdoor speakers, ending with a balcony around the chalet facing south and west.
2nd floor:
- 2 double bedrooms (160cm x 200cm beds) en suite with TV, storage space, Italian shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer
- 1 double bedroom with TV, 160cm x 200cm bed and storage space
- 1 children's dormitory with 3 single beds (90cm x 190cm) (high beds are not permitted)
- 1 bathroom shared by the last two bedrooms, with bath and washbasin
