Semi-detached house on one side, built over a basement. Close to coastal paths and beautiful sandy beaches.
First floor: Entrance hall, living room (dining table, TV with French and foreign channels, SONY radio with CD player and Bluetooth), fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190), one bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190), one bedroom with desk and extra bed (sofa bed 90 x 190), separate WC. Bike room.
Stone terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue. Vast enclosed communal garden of approx. 10,000 m².
Cot and highchair available.
Sea views from all living areas.
Pets allowed on request, no internet connection.

A double house with two identical and inverted parts. The house is located in Raguénez, Crozon, on the cliff opposite the Île de l'Aber. At low tide, you can easily walk onto the island and visit its only neighbor, the Aber fort. The site has a remarkable geology.
The immense Aber beach offers both unhindered bathing and a favorable playground for surfers and kitesurfers. At low tide, it's also ideal for sand yachting. On the other side are the beaches of La Source and Poul, stretching as far as the Pointe du Guern, which offers a superb panoramic view of the bay and a heavenly feeling.
