House (not semi-detached) facing south on one level ideally located facing the sea on the peninsula of St Mandrier Village, Corniche d'Or. With its 3 terraces, you will have the choice between the sun or the shade of the olive tree. In a few minutes, you can walk to the Coudoulière beach, to the customs path or to the beautiful Ermitage domain. You are also a few minutes away from the village and its shops, its market, and the maritime shuttles for Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros.
With a surface area of 85 m2, the house has a double living room with a sea view (accessing the 2nd and 3rd terraces), two bedrooms with double beds opening directly onto the 1st terrace and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher silence +, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo ...). The glazing (doors and windows) has just been completely redone as well as the shower room (separate toilet).
The peninsula is served by a single road and allows you to enjoy a privileged location away from the crowd of large beaches in a preserved setting.
With its village life accessible in a few minutes on foot from the villa, St Mandrier has all the useful shops (bakery, butcher's shop, greengrocer's, newspaper, mini-market...) and you can buy your fish directly from the fishermen at the fish market. The Provencal market is held on Saturday morning.
The coastal path passes in front of the house and runs all along the peninsula for beautiful walks in the red rocks of the seaside.
The maritime shuttle (accessible at 10 mn on foot from the villa) allows you to go easily to Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros in summer. You can enjoy without a car!
