Located in the historic center of Angers, just a few steps from the castle, Saint-Maurice cathedral and Maison d'Adam, this bright apartment is on the 1st floor.
On arrival, you'll enter the apartment via a narrow cobbled lane, pass through the famous blue gate and the apartment is located in the small courtyard next to the owners' house.
This apartment has a 25m² room with blackout curtains (no shutters), comprising a sleeping area with a 140x190cm double bed, a living and dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric hob, microwave with combi function, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ... (no dishwasher).
The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and WC. A private washing machine is also available in a room on the first floor of the building.
The accommodation is equipped with a fan, hairdryer, TV and free Wi-Fi internet access.
