1.5km from Limeuil (Machine à pain) and 4km from Le Bugue, come and discover this 140m² detached air-conditioned house with internet access at the end of a dead-end road with parking and private pool. On the first floor (a few steps between rooms) you'll find a large kitchen, a veranda, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, a living room with TV, separate WC and a master suite with a double bed, cupboard and bathroom with WC. Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a single bed and two bedrooms with a double bed.
There's an enclosed courtyard with terrace and plancha in front of the house. To the rear, the unfenced grounds feature a terrace around the private, unheated swimming pool (salt water, 5x11m, open from 01/05 to 30/09, depth 1m20 to 1m80, alarmed, access by stairs) with garden furniture, sun loungers, swing and ping-pong table. Cot and high chair available on request. Natural and organic surroundings! On the property, a number of features enable you to enjoy a stay in harmony with nature. Dry toilets have been installed in the garden for those who want to give it a try. Compost is available for your kitchen waste, and will be used to care for our flower beds. As for the garden, mulching means we can do without watering. Take a walk around the lake 50m from the gîte (no fishing or swimming), and you may be lucky enough to spot moorhens, ducks, herons, pheasants, swans and coypu. Depending on the season, you may also see tetars and frogs. We welcome your ideas for preserving our ecosystem, which has developed over the years.
