Child-free campsite open from June 01 to September 15. For those of you planning to travel and caravan across France, the Château de Lacomté Country Club is an idyllic location for your vacation, or simply for a stopover. Just a 10-minute drive from exit 56 of the A20 motorway, in the picturesque village of Carlucet, you can sit back and relax in a magnificent 32-hectare natural park, in peace and tranquillity, allowing all your stress to melt away.

In a magnificent, secluded setting, nestled in a beautiful 12-hectare park, discover a corner of paradise, a haven of peace and tranquillity. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Regional Des Causses du Quercy, on the route to Santiago de Compostela, 12 km south of Rocamadour, Camping Château de Lacomté is the ideal base for discovering the charm, beauty and riches of the Lot and Dordogne regions
Services, leisure activities and entertainment
Come and relax by the 23m by 13m swimming pool, set against a backdrop of magnificent pastoral landscapes. There is no diving board and, for the safety of our guests, diving is not recommended.
There are two adjoining pools, one for babies and toddlers and another for those a little older.
The playground is reserved for children under 12, accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There's an all-weather tennis court, badminton court, basketball court and plenty of space to play pétanque.
On warm summer evenings, only during the high season, we often bring in a live band for your enjoyment.
Description of the area
Château de Lacomté is about 1 km from the picturesque village of Carlucet. The nearest shops are in Labastide-Murat (12 km), Gourdon (18 km) or Gramat (15 km). This makes it difficult to get there on foot for shopping.
Our family vacation complex is located in the heart of the peaceful Lot hills, which invite you to relax as soon as you arrive. It's hard not to appreciate this slower pace, this infinite freedom in the beauty of these landscapes.
No traffic, no noise, no crowds: simply a haven of peace and charm, in perfect communion with the surrounding nature.
Château de Lacomté is the ideal place to discover the many splendors of the Lot, with its breathtaking sites and landscapes.

Cahors:
A city in a superb setting. Its towers, belfries, old houses and bridges are set in a loop of the River Lot. The famous Pont Valentré is magnificent and was built as a fort to defend the town. The local market is superb, with many regional specialities on offer.
Also worth a visit: 199 hectares of Cahors appellation vineyards.
St Cirq-Lapopie:
Almost nothing remains of the huge château on the Lot valley east of Cahors, but this stretch of the river is one of France's wonders and the village is delightful.
Figeac:
The town was built around a 9th-century monastery. Here you can visit the famous Champollion Museum.
