My Home Connexion offers you this magnificent village house for seasonal rental, which has been completely renovated to bring it up to date! Just a few minutes' walk from the shops and the charming village of Saint Etienne du Grès, in a quiet residential area, this house is ideal for families in need of rest and serenity, or for sporting and cultural vacations, as the region abounds in incredible sites that are a must-see. The ground floor comprises a large living room with high ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen and a TV lounge. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, both independent. The garden, shaded terrace and 10.5 x 4m swimming pool are ideal for soaking up the sun and warmth of the region.
Cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Taxes not included in the price (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, prior to arrival.
