2-star furnished holiday home. Beautiful house less than 1km from the sea and close to the Arago market. Type 3, this house comprises a large entrance hall with a separate toilet and direct access to the garage, which can be used as a bike room. The first floor comprises a closed living room with a lovely sitting area featuring a TV, a spacious fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and a large pantry including a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer opening onto the small garden with a gravel terrace. Upstairs, you'll find a first bedroom with two 90*190 beds, a second bedroom with a 160*200 double bed opening directly onto a lovely veranda, a shower room and a separate toilet. Linen not provided.
