Aux 8ème étages face à la mer et 360° sur la baie, vous aurez les pieds dans l'eau, vous traverserez la rue vers la plage, longerez le remblai pour discuter un bonne glace, des chichis... Au plaisir d'être accueilli par ma conciergerie.

Facing the sea and on the embankment, on the 8th floor with elevator, beautiful bright Studio of 30 m2 - 2 to 4 persons with a balcony to admire the sunsets and the bay of Sables Olonne at 360°.
Very nice view, fully equipped apartment located in a quiet and secure residence. It is composed of :
- a closed entrance with two 90 cm bunk beds, cupboards
- a living room with 1 bz and a fully fitted and equipped kitchenette opening onto a balcony with sea view
- a bathroom - shower /wc
Equipment : oven, microwave, hotplates, hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, TV, wifi fiber
The plus : beach in front, downtown and Arago market on foot, you can do everything on foot ! Free shuttle to discover the city at 100m. The train station at 10 min with the shuttle. Free parking at 5 minutes.
Numerous activities for young and old: Large bicycle and pedestrian path. Walks along the beach, nautical activities at the base of sailing, surfing, lake of tranchet, the zoo, the Grand Parc of Puy du Fou, St Gilles Croix de Vie, La Tranche sur Mer, Noirmoutier, maybe go to the Ile d'Yeu
