Upper floor: small lounge with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom with open-hearth fireplace. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 pets/ dogs allowed. On the ground floor, from the entrance, you enter a large living room (32 square meters) with an arch that divides the billiard room from a living area. . The first dependance, 100 m2, on 2 floors, is composed on the ground floor of a double bedroom, a kitchen with access to a large covered and equipped porch, shower-bidet-Wc. On the first floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, shower-bidet-Wc. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
