Bed linen included, cleaning 250€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Taxes not included (5.76€ x number of nights x number of adults). Tourist tax included. Deposit: €1,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, prior to arrival.
