Easy access via the N4, 5 minutes away.
All shops and amenities 7 minutes away (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, doctor and pharmacy, etc.).
For your leisure activities, Center Parcs is 20 minutes away, Sainte Croix animal park is 30 minutes away, Pierre-Percée lakes are 35 minutes away, Langatte leisure park is 25 minutes away, Sarrebourg or Lunéville swimming pools are 25 minutes away, Magnieres velo-rail is 35 minutes away, Arzviller inclined plane is 40 minutes away.
Nancy is an hour away, Metz an hour and ten minutes, Strasbourg an hour and 30 minutes.

Since May 2023, a new secure staircase with integrated barriers at the top and bottom has been installed to access the first floor.
First floor: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160x200 bed and 2 x 90x200 beds that can be placed close together), bathroom/WC.
Electric heating and pellet stove in living room with child safety gate, utilities not included.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Sheltered terrace accessible from the living room.
Garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong table and children's games in the enclosed, grassy, wooded area near the house.
Parking in front of the gîte.
Electric vehicle charging station. The gîte does not have a Tourisme et Handicap label, but has a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom with step-free Italian shower (width 90 cm), with direct access to the day rooms and terrace.
You will be welcomed on site by the owner.
