In need of space and nature... Logis de Maisonneuve is a vast 152m² country house, located in the grounds of an 18th-century dwelling.
The house is very spacious, comprising a living room with a large fireplace (35m²), a dining room (30m²), a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 large bedrooms (12 to 20m²), one of which is a suite with its own shower room and toilet. A shower room (ground floor), 1 bathroom (1st floor) and 2 additional toilets. The staircase to the first floor is wide and comfortable.
On either side of the house, 2 terraces with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. All around, a wooded park and a small, secure lake offer peace and quiet. Children can enjoy the trampoline and swing, as well as table tennis, rackets and Möllky.
From the gîte, you can go for walks and join the local footpaths.
The Mayenne river and its towpath, just a few meters away, offer a wonderful nature outing. You'll never tire of discovering these wide-open spaces.
Château-Gontier (10 km) has everything you need for museums, zoos and water parks. You can also rent a boat or bicycles and enjoy the river Mayenne.
For shops, Villiers-Charlemagne has a bakery, a butcher's shop and a restaurant (++) 2km away. Your accommodation comprises on the ground floor: entrance, living room with fireplace (35m²), dining room (30m²), fitted kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery, separate toilet, shower room with Italian shower and laundry room (washing machine).
First floor: 1 bedroom (3 x 90cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bathroom with toilet.
Facilities: garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 1 waffle iron and 1 raclette set, table tennis, swing, trampoline, parking.
