Whether you choose winter or summer, you will not be outdone, as there are many activities available to you. Enjoy a unique experience and ski at night on the soundtrack, then stroll through the Christmas market before heading to the spa for a moment of relaxation! Your chalet has a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a laundry room, a shower room, two bedrooms as well as a garden with trees and a beautiful terrace to admire the mountains while drinking a hot chocolate!
For your comfort, linen is provided and your beds made upon arrival!
The apartment :
Located on the first floor of a chalet, the apartment is composed as follows:
Day space:
- An entrance with coat rack and storage space.
- A living room with lounge area (sofa) and a beautiful open and modern kitchen, fully equipped with central island where you can take your meals: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob 3 burners, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso Citiz, kettle, raclette/grill/crepe maker, cooking stone, fondue set, TV ... This room has direct access to the garden.
- A laundry room with a sink, a washing machine a dryer, a shoe dryer.
Night space:
- Master suite: queen-size bed with storage and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a double sink.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and storage space.
- A second shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a toilet.
Exterior:
- The cottage has an east-facing, non-enclosed garden with a swinging porch.
- The apartment opens onto a large terrace of 17m², facing South, facing the slopes of the Mauselaine. It is equipped with a picnic table, four deckchairs, a barbecue and a parasol.
- Bike/ski room available.
- Baby bed available.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the heart of the High Vosges, between lakes, forests and mountains, accessible in a few minutes by foot. Many amenities are also nearby: bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, market (every Thursday and Saturday morning), etc...

In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area of La Mauselaine! Live a unique experience by skiing at night on sound tracks, go snowboarding or sledding for young and old! In December, come to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade and in January, we await you for the fantastic film festival!
In summer, come and enjoy the beauty of the different landscapes of the region! Between the different waterfalls and breathtaking viewpoints, you can enjoy many activities: biking, climbing, fishing or hiking but also different water activities on the sumptuous lake of Gérardmer!
Transportation :
- A private parking in front of the chalet with direct access to the apartment, accessible to any type of car (4 cars max).
- Free La Mauselaine shuttle bus in front of the Hotel La Route Verte at 150 m
- Remiremont train station located at 27,5 km (28 minutes by car)
- Strasbourg-Entzheim airport located at 111 km (1h38 by car)

- The entrance door and the garage door can be opened either with a digicode or with a badge. You will find 2 badges at your disposal in the apartment. The loss of a badge will lead to the invoicing of a 50€ indemnity in order to acquire a new one.
- The cleaning fee is systematically added to the rental. It includes the complete cleaning of the property under normal use, at the end of your stay.
If the accommodation is left in a dirty state requiring more time than a normal cleaning, this may be subject to a deduction from the deposit.
- Household waste : containers are at your disposal at the bottom of the street at 100m (for recycling : glass, plastic, cardboard, paper) and in front of the chalet, you will find a container for household waste.
- Possibility for stays of 7 nights or more, change of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) and extra cleaning of the accommodation: service offered at 60€ HT.
- For stays of 5-6 nights, this service is also available at a rate of 30€ HT / hour (Rates are indicative, please book and pay for additional services directly with our partner).
