Come and discover the charming Mediterranean resort of Agde thanks to this 24 m² pied-à-terre located only a few minutes from the coast, the city center and all amenities!
Close to the bike path leading to the beach, this modern and bright studio has a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room as well as an 80 m² garden with a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun!
Linen is not provided but can be rented.
Located on the banks of the Hérault, the apartment is on the first floor of the owners' house. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has an independent entrance and is composed as follows
- A functional living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, reversible air conditioning.
- A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, etc...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- An enclosed and private exterior of 80 m², facing northwest, with a shaded wooden terrace with garden furniture, two sunbeds and armchairs to relax after a day of discovery!

The apartment is ideally located on the banks of the Herault River within walking distance of the beach, the historic center and the bike path. You will also find all the necessary amenities: bakery, supermarket, market gardener, wine shop, restaurants, bars, etc...

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness: clean the household appliances after use, empty the refrigerator and the garbage cans and put away the dishes. Thank you for your understanding.
- Saturdays and Sundays: possibility of arriving from 3pm (to be confirmed with the person who will welcome you).
- Bed linen, towels and beach towels on request, in supplement. Rates given as an indication, subject to change.
Double bed kit : 15€/bed (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet and comforter cover)
Bathroom linen kit: 10€ (2 bath sheets + 2 guest towels + 1 bath mat)
