In Seignosse Penon, in a privileged location close to the ocean and all amenities, pleasant, bright, fully renovated 2-star apartment on the first floor. It comprises a tastefully decorated living room with two 140cm trundle beds, opening onto an east-facing balcony. You'll also enjoy a functional open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room.
This large studio is located in the heart of a residential area close to the beach and shops, ideal for enjoying your vacation on foot.
The accommodation has been classified by the classification inspectorate in the meublés de tourisme category.

Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
