Just ten more steps and you're ready to move in! On the 1st floor of a small condominium, come and discover this pleasant duplex apartment. On the first level, a living room with kitchenette and dining area opens onto the green spaces on one side and a lovely terrace on the other. On the same level, a shower room/wc. Upstairs, two bedrooms. The first, from its French window, has a view over the rooftops of Socoa and the mountains in the background. It is equipped with a 140x200 bed and TV. The second has bunk beds, each measuring 90x200. Both have built-in closets. Both share a pretty bathroom/wc under the roof. Everything you need is just a few dozen meters away: the beach, port, restaurants, bars and shops. A vacation on foot, in an apartment with a simple, welcoming decor. A great vacation!
