Step through the front door[hidden] and a little jewel awaits you! On the second floor of a three-story residence with no elevator, there's no mistaking what you're about to discover... A large, bright and spacious living room, totally open onto a furnished terrace on the sunset side. In the lounge area, a 140x200 sofa bed. Separate, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...). Finally, a bedroom (bed 140x200) whose glass door opens onto a second terrace on the sunny side, and a bathroom. The first terrace overlooks the banks of the river Untxin: on the opposite bank, you'll find green spaces laid out as playgrounds or sports areas, and the typically Basque facades of the Socoa district. At the foot of your building is the bicycle and pedestrian path that will take you to the sea. This residence is just a few meters from everything you need or want: the beach, the port, restaurants, bars and shops...Come...you'll be back!

A small seaside resort on the Basque coast, Ciboure charms visitors with its old town of old stone and timber-framed houses, its picturesque fishing port and its lively Sunday morning market featuring fresh produce and local specialities. Ciboure is an artists' village. Its port and streets were home to many painters who turned it into a veritable open-air studio. And it was in the heart of the town that the famous composer of the "Boléro", Maurice Ravel, was born in 1875.
Ciboure is also a delight for relaxation enthusiasts, who can enjoy swimming and lounging on the fine sandy beaches, while admiring the silhouette of the Socoa fort and the comings and goings of boats.
