This brand new apartment in Tuscany is located in a small residence (3 apartments), immersed in the lush pine forest and a stone's throw from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto. Furnished with the colors of the sea and the sun, it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent on the beach or exploring the treasures of the Maremma and Tuscany.
EXTERIOR
A few steps lead to the private terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs for lunches, dinners and an outdoor vacation under the shadow of the pine forest. The bathroom has a door that leads to an outdoor space at the back of the building where the washing machine is located. Guests of the apartment can use the large garden equipped with a swing, chairs and 2 barbecues.
