Nice house of 70 m2 near the center of Evian les Bains. It is composed of 3 floors : on the ground floor, an entrance with a laundry corner (washing machine, tumble dryer), a bike room and a wardrobe. On the first floor, there is the main room: a dining table, a sitting area with sofa and TV, a separate toilet, a shower room (shower cubicle, towel dryer, washbasin cabinet) and a separate equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob). This level gives access to a small terrace in front of the living room and the shared garden. The last level has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed (2 x 90cm, separable), a desk and a large built-in closet, and a bedroom with 3 single bunk beds and a children's play area. There is a built-in wardrobe at the top of the stairs.
The south-facing terrace gets plenty of sunlight and has everything you need to enjoy meals outside and in the garden: dining table, parasol, shared barbecue, deck chairs).
PLEASE NOTE: the house shares the garden, the barbecue and the swimming pool with the neighbouring house. The pool is available in the morning until 12:30.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory 45€.
