Welcome to this charming apartment facing the sea, located on the second floor of a building without elevator, quiet and secure, close to the Estacade and its shops. It offers a large living room which opens onto a spacious balcony with a small view on the sea.
The apartment has two convertible sofas with new bedding (140*190), comforters, pillows and undersheets for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals: new fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishes. The bathroom has a shower and a new washing machine.
The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, ideal for your outdoor meals. You can also use the clothesline for your towels and bathing suits. A free public parking space is available in front of the apartment for your car.
Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as there is no elevator. Also, sheets and towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
