Vacation rental in Sète : Comfortable three-room apartment with 36.83 m2 of living space and a 7.44 m2 glass loggia, offering a sublime panoramic sea view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator.) The beaches are right in front of the residence, with direct access from the residence. Shops are 500m away. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a large closet/wardrobe. The bright living room features a sofa bed, sideboard, flat-screen TV and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hobs, fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave oven, extractor hood and washing machine. In the first bedroom, there's a 2-person 140x200 bed, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV (only in operation with a DVD player.) In the second bedroom, there's a 90cm bed, a 2-person sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The residence is very pleasant and planted with trees.
