This cozy Villa is located in Miami Platja, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. This area is located within Tarragona, which is 1 hour from the beautiful city of Barcelona.
The house is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms: a large double bedroom en suite, and 3 bedrooms with two single beds each. Also, there is another full bathroom in the house. The garden is huge and has a terrace and a swimming pool where you can enjoy the afternoons with family and friends. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, ceiling fan in all rooms, electric heating, hair dryer and washing machine, among other things. There is a large dining room where you can enjoy meals together, before taking a break by the pool or on the nearby beach.
Everything is on the first floor, except for one of the bedrooms, which makes this Villa a very accessible place. There is also a huge private parking lot that easily fits 4 cars.
Late check-in fee:
From 21:00 till 00:00: 30€.
From 00:00 till 02: 00: 50€.
Security deposit: (Please confirm for stays over 20 nights).
Tourist tax: 1€ per person (children under 16 do not pay the tax)
Please respect the neighbours and don´t make a noise from 10 pm to 8 am.
Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) are NOT included for stays of more than 20 nights (charged according to the consumption).
